The Attic is a one of a kind dress agency in Market Harborough, a real experience for anyone who loves the unique look and feel of designer clothes but doesn't have the necessary budget needed to buy new.

Tamara, the owner has created a well designed and beautifully merchandised resale store where each item that makes it onto the shop floor is hand picked by her, no rubbish. Great music adds to the ambience, making the Attic a great place to browse for that one of a kind pre loved piece of luxury, otherwise out of reach for most of us.

Over the years I've found Chanel, Moschino, Gucci, Armani, Catherine Malandrino and on a recent trip picked up an amazing vintage Gianni Versace (couture) suit for just £20, Tamara explained it had a couple of tiny holes, the reason for the price, a Matthew Williamson dress I just love, £50 and a pair of soft suede and leather fringed Italian boots for £80.

Along with the top, top designer finds, she always has a great selection of high end high street brands, (French Connection, Karen Millen, Coast, Reiss, Hobbs, Jigsaw etc) always in mint condition with prices starting as low as £5.

Well worth making a special trip to this one if you really love clothes and are sick of seeing the same High Street stock offerings. Also a great way to recycle, save the planet and for all us shopaholics, to recoup some cash on the best in the wardrobe that no longer (or never did) work for some more shopping pleasure. For every item she accepts, she'll pay you a 40% commission on the sale.
