Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat

It is highly unusual for me to rave about any make up product, it's just not what I get excited about as I am of the general opinion the brands are pretty much all the same in different packaging with different high budget ad campaigns. Not true for lip liners. I invested in the Charlotte Tilbury lip liner on a whim, my friend was trying their new lipsticks and I thought I'd treat myself as the Maybelline nude that had served me well was well down to the stump.

I picked Pillow Talk which I have to say is the perfect nude shade. The liner is creamy and Matt and goes on so easily, it doesn't smudge, is the perfect base under a balm and wait for it STAYS on all day. Absolutely no budging and my lipstick pet hate of coming off on napkins, glasses, your teeth doesn't happen either. It really is the best lip liner by a clear mile I have ever tried.

One thing I will mention it does wear down quicker than any other lip liner, (why I put a sharpener in the image which is not included) as you will need a sharpener close at hand for every use. At £16.00 it is on the higher side price wise but even with the need to sharpen I will certainly be buying another.

I purchased about a month ago, use most days (but only once maybe twice if going out) and will expect to replace in a couple more months so not bad really.
