Eden Day Spa Nottingham

I am mad about going to the spa and especially love a good day spa. Eden day spa offer everything you could wish for to relax and chill out. The property has been refurbished to a high standard with an amazing outdoor pool and sunbathing area.

The sun loungers are comfy and the pool bar service excellent.

It is not cheap but also not over priced for the experience. They offer free classes, yoga etc, a great well equipped gym, fabulous three course lunch and you can have drinks if you wish but have to pay extra, as you would expect. The treatments are extensive and well performed by the therapists. If you want a relaxing, luxury experience especially if it is a sunny day, this place will not disappoint. You get towels, locker key and plenty of fresh juices and water all on tap.

I cannot say enough about this lovely place, it is fantastic, no complaints. They do really good deals which include treatments, so check on their website to find out what will be best for your personal needs. It is close to Nottingham in the midlands and they have plenty of car parking for their guests. They also have a shop on the property that sells anything you might have forgotten to bring, including all the products the therapists may use on you during your treatments.
