Shout out to the team

When I think about visiting a chain restaurant I don’t expect personal VIP service but as long time customer of Pizza Express Market Harborough I have to tell you about this shining light in a sea of Pizza Express properties.

What makes it so special is the staff. When I started going Michael was the manager, he has since moved on but obviously a nice place to work as the servers are all super friendly and have been there for years.

We like our pizza a certain way, as we adapt the American Hot to be meat free and Owen in the kitchen always makes sure it’s custom, exactly the way we like it. It honestly feels like Ritz VIP service except in a chain pizza restaurant.

We never have to wait, we get seated at a great table even when it’s packed and the staff just seem to know how to go the extra mile naturally. It feels like a happy place when you walk through the door.
