Otto Lenghi Restaurants

Not like anywhere you’ve ever been super exciting and super healthy

Otto Lenghi Restaurants

It would be impossible to describe how uplifting this eating experience was. I really loved the shopping experience, the cookbooks and earthenware as well as the homemade food products on offer. It’s a new concept and it’s absolutely wonderful.

Otto Lenghi Restaurant

If you see this restaurant don’t hesitate you have to try the food. I eat out in restaurants every day and this place blew me away.

Firstly lovely lovely energy and welcome from

The staff the minute we walked in and the visual of the shop and deli which is open alongside the restaurant for takeout wonderment was so visually gratifying I wished I’d snapped a better picture.

The second plus was NOT stingy with the ice and lemon for the tap water. I ask for it everywhere I go and these days it either doesn’t come (you only get loafs of ice if you order a drink that’s very small to make it look bigger)

My friend used to drinking very good red wine had a glass the waitress recommended adding she said it was very drinkable.

But the noteworthy part of the experience had to be the food and I don’t say this lightly for value it was the best thing I have eaten in certainly a few years.

We ordered 5 starters, a potato dish, a coleslaw, a tomato salad; a chickpea hummus thing and a Tzatziki dish and it was as plenty of food between two people. They told us it was Mediterranean North African inspired the food was so fresh and well cooked and not over spiced which often happens for this type of cuisine.

Visited Bicester village in Oxfordshire yesterday, wrote my review today.

Absolutely loved it. To summarize we had, five dishes; two tap waters with ice and lemon one large glass of red wine and the bill including service was under £50.

We sat outside on a lovely patio and enjoyed Al fresco dining in the sunshine, no wonder there was a queue when we left and all the other restaurants around were empty.

A bit like the concept of the Carlucios Italian chain; only way better.
