EE Phone Company Check What You Are Paying

If you Are out of Contract You’ve Had A Price Hike And May Not Know It

EE Phone Company Check What You Are Paying

EE change my plan

0800 956 6138 or 07953 966 250

These numbers are the numbers to ring to sort out your phone contract. My advice press thinking of leaving in the options even if you are not. The phone gets picked up way quicker. And for those unhappy with EE customer service it may be because they are the largest mobile provider in the UK owned by BT since 2016. I am still a customer just but if connecting to the internet gets any more intermittent/sporadic I live on one or two bar coverage in a rural area I will be forced to consider changing my provider. The reason I don’t is because frankly I don’t think anyone else would be any better.

I just checked my EE phone plan and discovered my plan was historic, ie out of contact and in January, three months ago my standard charge, it almost doubled in price.

When I got on the chat bot to find out what was happening they told me, I was texted, couldn’t find it, I was written to, couldn’t locate the letter either, although that doesn’t mean it wasn’t sent. I do tend to ignore what I deem junk mail.

I was notified about the price hike but didn’t catch it.

I called EE today and got my phone back in contract, 24 months for less than half the monthly amount being charged. Shocking I know, when I think how many other people are unaware they are paying double for a service as loyal customers just because their contact has expired.

I not singling EE out here, I am sure all contract phone providers do this, raking in the dosh while consumers not on top of their bills are unaware they are being fleeced by their mobile phone provider.

I appreciate they provide us with a service we all rely on but cannot say I feel good about being in their tribe when they treat us the customers like this.

When contracts end, if you have to have a contract to get a decent rate, why not cut off service instead. That will make customers act and renew or decide to ditch their current provider and find a new one.

Why not, because mobile phone service providers can get away with hiking up bills until we the customer notice if we even do with no recourse on the inflated bills and an explanation that’s supposed to make you feel better that goes something like “we know these price increases can be a shock but rest assured there are many other people in the same boat as you” like that’s supposed to make me feel better EE.

When are we going to get a mobile phone service provider that’s not out for blood? That’s who’d get my business. Please comment if you have any idea who is offering better than this.
