Syed Ali will help you fix your PC or LAPTOP

I met Syed Ali about 10 years ago now, an independent business owner in Leicester UK with a small shop in Stoneygate, the posh bit.

My PC had crashed and I was in a complete panic. I needed my data recovering, my machine was as old, it was one of those touch and go situations when computer experts ask you if you have made a back up and of course you have to say, I know I should have but no.

He’s a man of few words, quiet, respectful, polite, knowledgeable, considered and totally professional. He methodically took on the job, did everything required, very quickly, he even returned my equipment to me having had a thorough clean, going over and above and presented me with a more than reasonable bill at the end.

Since then I have probably needed his help 10 or so times, so not a massive customer but you can be sure if I need any technical software or hardware assistance Syed is who I call.

For me he has fixed both laptops, different brands and a desk top, help me source parts secondhand to keep the costs down and can deal with hardware and software issues including bugs and viruses and data recovery.

Everyone needs a PC expert from time to time and this PC Expert can be relied upon.
