For anyone with over processed hair

If like me girls you are over friendly with hair bleach and you’ve passed the point your hair is never coming back until you grow it out and chop it off get to boots and buy yourselves a bottle of L’ Oreal Elvive Glycolic Gloss.

The cost, about £17 steep I know, but don’t worry about that, it’ll be worth it.

All you do is smooth this product over your hair after conditioner, leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse off.

The results particularly for my dry damaged mop were marked.

I wouldn’t recommend using it every wash as you do get a bit of product build up after three or four washes. That said the condition, shine and general appearance of healthier hair you do get.

I reckon if I use this for the next three months without any bleach my hair will be back to normal. L’ Oreal Elvive Glycolic Gloss is a good option to get you through whilst growing out a too much heat or too much bleach problem.

FYI L’Oreal is not cruelty free unfortunately. And probably contains micro plastics. This is not something brands disclose so couldn’t find out. Skin safe reviewed the product and found it to be 82% paraben free.

I’ve put a shopping link in for Boots but you can buy it all over the place.

What’s important to me? I am not flash or fancy. I am a little bit chubby and my hair, nails, etc are usually a mess. I prefer to be comfortable than dressed up that said I work hard, earn a decent amount of money I like to spend on overseas travel and collecting vintage jewellery which I buy and don’t wear. I am happier tracking in South America or on safari exploring animal sanctuaries and nature reserves across Africa where I have visited on five different occasions, Ghana, Senegal in West Africa, South Africa and Sudan and Kenya on the East coast. I would love to visit Victoria falls and see the Gorillas in Uganda. I am a vegetarian and don’t smoke but enjoy a glass of decent wine and love tasting local wine when I travel. I am a Capricorn
