I love an ice cream. I’m the type of person who always chooses an ice cream dessert, I eat it in the snow, and in the summer just the same. It doesn’t have to be expensive. I am very happy with a 99 from a van and some sugary fake raspberry sauce.
Although on our high st in St John’s Wood, London we’ve got a Unico and the homemade style gelato is blooming marvelous.
My favourite is the coffee flavoured ice cream which was recently replaced with tiramisu which I didn’t like so much so defected to plain old chocolate which does taste a million times better than regular chocolate ice cream like Ben and Jerry’s or Hagen Daz, neither of which I really rate.
This little shop has a great vibe, tables outside for great people watching and I am told they make a good cup of coffee, cannot validate that as I don’t drink coffee.
This is good place to stop for sweet treat, and if you want super healthy they have loads of dairy free options too. The lemon sorbet is thrist quenching, smooth texture and dairy and gluten free.
I go to the one in St John’s Wood but they also have locations in Fulham, on the Fulham Palace Road, Bromley and Holland Park.
