We Americans can have a tendency to go a little over the top but I'll say before I start this review, the pitch is fair because the book is excellent and I am in no way affiliated with the author.I didn't know what to expect from this book when my boss suggested I read it. It rocked. And I am so glad I did. I learned so much about how to improve my performance and get more out of the people I work with as well as tools to genuinely improve my relationships with my clients.I have read quite a few of the more business 101 books but this one is like no other and extremely memorable.I loved experiencing the workplace of the squirrel, the beaver and the goose, sounds weird I know but all will make sense. I couldn't put this one down and this was one work assignment I was sad to finish.Great work. Loved it. Yeah.
