Beauty Works

In a very competitive market it is hard to brand out from the crowd with a consistently good product. I have been having real hair extensions for more than twenty years and in this time I have tried them all from expensive to cheaper. Foe many years I had great lengths hair which is the most expensive but in the past 5 years, they have compromised on the hair and increased their prices, so I was forced to find an alternative. I was advised to give beauty works a go by my hairdressers who told me her clients loved the quality of the hair, especially the individual flat keratin bonds that I use in blonde.

I have been now using beauty works for three years and every single time they consistently send me the same quality hair, which is amazing. Recently Evri, now that's another story, for another day, lost my package and I had a big appointment booked with my hairdresser for the following day without my hair to take with me. I called the customer service department at Beauty Works and explained my issue with Evri. The girl on the phone was brilliant and did her best to help me by cancelling my lost order and overnighting a new package with DPD at no extra cost to me so I did not lose my appointment or get charged for cancelling it.

The hair is not cheap but it is the best and I want to give my money to a brand who care more about me being happy than just taking my money and compromising on quality. I highly recommend this company and give then 5 stars for customer care.
