Courier company

What can you say about a company who have performed consistently so badly that you have anxiety when just their name is mentioned. I would never use this company to send a package because I just do not trust the service. I understand it is cheap to use this service for big brands but I would rather pay a bit more than give my money to this company. I have no choice to decide when I buy something from a brand which courier service they use, unless I pay more which I always do happily do but often EVRI are the only option.

I live in a small village and my house is easy to find so there is NO excuse for packages to not arrive, Royal Mail have no issues finding me. Every single time I am expecting a package from this company and it is quite often, I end up having a fight with the bot who sits on customer service. Even when I have a complaint reference number once I mange to get by the bot, I still have to fight to get the packages delivered.

In my opinion, this is probably the worst run business in the UK and so many packages must just get lost, causing brands to lose a fortune in revenue. I will never understand why people use this company, even though it is cheap because unless we make them accountable, they never have to improve and change their poor behaviour. Shocking customer service who don't care that you are not happy with what they are incapable of delivering.
