I was forced by my 7 and 5 year old nieces to go and see this kids movie with them in the school holiday and it was not something I was looking forward to, not spending time with them but going to see a kids movie. Right from the very start of the film I as in and totally fixated on the big screen until the very end. The main character Buster Moon is so cool with the voice of Mathew Mcconaughey and he is a Hollywood music agent going bust with the idea of a talent contest to help save his failing family theater. The music was wonderful and so entertaining a bit like the X factor with animated five contestants a mouse, a timid elephant, a pig, a gorilla and a punk-rock porcupine.

I would suggest even if you have no kids to go see this film because it was the best thing I have watched in ages with a really deep message about why we should all live the dreams we have and not let anything stop us.
