Vital Ingredient

Stumbled across this new place, to me anyway, I'd never heard of it before but they do have quite a few locations across London I understand. If you like fresh, homemade, seasonal street food from a socially conscious company who recycle 100% of their waste, pretty impressive, then this joint in for you.

It's kinda like build your own meal, where you start with any salad base, they have a few to chose from and then you select what you'd like to add. Simple really. On the hot food side, I had a cauliflower curry with brown rice, could have opted for Quinoa or a buckwheat base, so same principle. I went for the regular size at a very reasonable

6 quid, which is so cheap for London and the portion was hearty, even for a greedy git like me you can see I left a bit and it was because I was genuinely stuffed.

Really happy to discover this place, I don't usually like chains because when things get too big the ethics often go out the window but these guys seem to be doing everything right so I'll definitely be back.

On a side note the staff that served me seemed genuinely passionate about the business and as a first time visitor happy to answer my questions and share info about the company. So a great experience all around I'd say.
