My Honest Review Of Vivi Nails

Ask For Millie At Vivi Nails; An Extremely Talented Quiet and Kind Professional

There are a few options for nails and toes, manicure, pedicure, natural nails, gel nails, in St John’s Wood.

I used to go to Nail Addict on St Anne’s Terrace next to the Duke of York pub which was good but very busy and not super friendly, I never really was able to build any rapport which is perhaps why it closed.

I was left exploring the other local options for nails and toes, not something I do every week or even every month but a manicure pedicure is a treat I definitely enjoy every couple of months and a must before going on holiday a couple of times a year.

It’s a service I use so like to stick to the same place.

I’ve been to Nail Finity on St John’s Wood high st once. I managed to walk in without an appointment, I got lucky. It’s a lovely modern spa salon with very comfortable massage pedicure chairs but you do need to book in advance, and give them more than a day or two’s notice which is why I’ve had a problem going back.

For me I like to do my hands and feet when the mood and budget takes me so a strict booking system doesn’t always work for me.

And they are probably to most expensive nail salon in the neighbourhood. With a tip I remember my manicure and pedicure cost over £100. The service was great, the price a little eye watering.

There’s a new shared business opened on Allisten Road up from the Ivy before you get to Lavender On The Hill, a wellness centre called Maverick and Lavish, principally a barber shop and ladies hair salon, two separate businesses sharing one premises that also offers nail salon services, like many of the hair salons in the area they have nail technicians available while you get your hair done. I don’t know if you can book in for just nail services though.

The nail salon I love the best in St John’s Wood is Vivi nails on Chalbert St a couple of blocks walk from St John’s Wood High St, next door to the post office.

A full new set of gel nails with a French manicure is £78 and worth every penny. A regular manicure if you like to bring your own nail polish, which they are happy to do £40 which I think is very reasonable considering the level of care they provide.

The best thing about this salon is it’s quiet, a really relaxing experience and the hot towels and long massages especially on the feet are something I totally look forward to.

A pedicure at Vivi nails is £45 but it is not rushed. The treatment lasts about 45 minutes in total so expect to be with them for a couple of hours if you want hands as well.

All the ladies are fantastic but a special mention to Millie. If you are lucky enough to get her like me, you’ll be raving.

For me the best thing about Vivi Nails is the warm welcome every time I go. They remember me even when I haven’t been for a couple of months.

Really good vibes alongside a great service where the staff remember what you need and what you like. If you are in North London and can’t get to St John’s Wood they also have a nail salon in Hampstead.

I am originally from a small village in North Yorkshire, moved to Leicestershire and now live in the peaceful north london suburb of St John’s Wood. I am more spiritual than religious, love love love to travel and explore new places. Like a bit of shopping, who doesn’t. My motivation to snoop, in the beginning I enjoyed having a rant, letting rip, now I am building my profile for two reasons, one to make new friends in my area and two to make a bit of extra cash. I’ve been a pretty active reviewer online helping my friends who have

small and medium sized businesses so it made sense to me to join the Poopsnoop community as a paid affiliate.
