I've had this little shop on my radar for quiet a while. We go to the races at York and when Sarah Coggles comes up short a few of the girls I know go and see Christine at Dress Cheshire. I'd actually never been before myself then last week, it was so beautiful. I found myself at a clients in Derby, finished early and decided I'd head back through the peak district and take a diversion back to Yorkshire through Macclesfield.
Spread out over two floors with a front and back room and a spacious upstairs, I went up there first to look at the shoes, it's a super shop, packed to the brim with not overly expensive other peoples treasure. Christine Colbert is the curator and the shop established over 10 years ago offers destination luxury shopping and recycling to the ladies of Cheshire and surrounding areas.
I loved the shop. I spied a pair of Chanel espadrilles I loved but couldn't afford and a self portrait top for under £100 I couldn't resist.
For anyone looking to make a day of it. The shop is in a gorgeous village with lots of options for lunch and dinner. I popped into the Bridge for a delicious bite to eat before heading home.
