Chocolate Alchemy

Chocolate Alchemy

Pete's dream of starting his own chocolate business was realised in November 2009. Customers were invited to purchase chocolates to take away or to enjoy over a coffee or hot chocolate in the shops cafe area.

Pete experimented with a variety of flavours and blends to create a delicious collection of handmade chocolates. He sourced single origin chocolates from around the world and created Chocolate Alchemy’s very own drinking chocolate blend. Alongside this Pete ran chocolate experience workshops onsite.

Already regular customers, local Olympians Lisa Dobriskey and Ricky Soos took part in one of these workshops to celebrate their 1st wedding anniversary. The couple were so impressed with Pete’s knowledge and enthusiasm that they decided to team up with the local chocolatier. Chocolate Alchemy then linked up with the local college to train and employ two young apprentices, Jude and Claire. After helping award winning chef Daniel Murphy set up his own chocolate making business in 2011, he decided in 2012 to join the Chocolate Alchemy team. Now the Chocolate Alchemy team work together to provide the best quality chocolates, handmade for you .

Why not join us and become a budding chocolate alchemist?
