Except I guess for the word Poke.The idea I love though,A five step bowl,Base it, fill it, top it, dress it finish it.When you fill it, for plant based they offer miso oyster mushrooms, or tofu (of which I am not a fan) but plenty of other substitutes and on the base there were a few options like quinoa if you don’t want sushi rice or brown rice.Amazing to have found something out of the ordinary.Really hope people support.
