Loads of my friends aren’t bothered about buying sunscreen. I am pretty pale naturally, freckles and whilst I do tan I have to wear it. I spend a lot of time outside in the summer not just on holiday, if I don’t want to end up looking like a tomato I need to wear sunscreen. Why I like the Lancaster products so much, firstly I have never burned while using them and on holiday I am always in and out of the water. I apply first thing before I get dressed, everywhere to make sure I don’t miss any spots and the product doesn’t make a mess in my clothes, dries almost instantly, doesn’t smell and doesn’t leave any residue. All the things that are important to me.

If I am out and about hiking, playing sports I never reapply during the day except maybe a little on my face if it’s a very sunny day. On holiday lounging by the pool, swimming, hiking, I will reapply once after lunch but that’s it.

If travelling to a hot holiday destination like the Caribbean I take a factor 50 for the first 4-5 days and the then swap to factor 30 and I have never burned using this product and always end up with a tan that lasts and I very rarely peel, something I cannot stand.

The Lancaster after sun products I only use on holiday and they are really good too, I believe using a after sun does prevent the peel and does keep your skin in pretty good shape with little or no tingle whatsoever.

I hate sunburn, I cannot stand the feeling on the skin or the shivers it gives you the reason I am so Lancaster loyal, for me there is no better sun care skin regime. If you don’t plan ahead, Look for the distinctive orange boxes in the duty free at the airport. It won’t be as cheap as Notino.co.uk but you’ll be so happy you have this product a try.
